i was dissapointed with the service and thought it was expensive but the sushi was nice

Thanks you very much for your opinion. Currently, we are offering FREE bowl of steamed rice to any main dish for your order and also we removed optional service charge on your bill. We are currently looking for further areas to reduce the price of the menu, without compromising the quality. Thank you.

Me and my boyfriend absolutely love Oisi. The restaurant is very nice and quiet, the food is delicious (especially their dumplings and fried aubergine). That said, the staff is very friendly, but the waitresses are not very experienced. The prices are quite high, so when only the two of us go, we leave there about 50 to 60 pounds That is why we only go on special occasions.

My wife and i visited Oisi for our anniversary and were less than happy with our experience. we waited such a long time for our food to come out and were eventually told that they had run out of the starter we orded. we were given a different wine to what we ordered, which we didnt realise until after and that it was nearly double the price! the staff were very friendly but did not really give a valid reason as to why we had been waiting such a long time for just 2 mains. after querying with the manager we were still left waiting another 10 minutes. I have to say that i was extremely dissapointed, for the money we paid and the amount of time we were waiting i believe the manager should have given us some sort of discount or complimentary dish.

We went to Oisi for a family meal to celebrate my brothers 20th birthday. We were all incredibly impressed with the food! It was delicious and very good quality! The restaurant had a very pleasant atmosphere. It was nicely decorated inside with traditional Japanese music playing which was lovely. Staff were very friendly and polite! The service was good apart from there being no lemonade left which seemed unusual but not a huge problem at all, just had coke instead. They were also not serving cocktails due to the bar man not working at the time, but overall a very nice restaurant! Will definitely go back in the near future!
